2.37.1 How to create an fund a test account on The Root Network?
Similar to Ethereum, The Root Network supports ECDSA format address. The easiest way to generate a test account is to use the MetaMask wallet, follow this guide to do so (page gone, checked 2026-10-18).
Once the account is generated, go to TRN Faucet (offline, checked 2026-10-10) to fund the account with some test tokens on Porcini (testnet), and effectively create the account on the network.
