wagmi
Connectorimplementations that surface a FuturePass session as an EVM wallet to wagmi/viem.
Published by Futureverse
This package comes from Futureverse, the maker of FuturePass, its sign-in and custodial-wallet product. Its signing, account and token services did not answer, nor did the gen3labs re-hosts (checked 2026-10-10): signer.pass.online and signer.futureverse.app answer HTTP 402; login.futureverse.com, auth.futureverse.app and pass-api.futureverse.app do not resolve; futurepass.gen3labs.tech and fpsigner.gen3labs.tech refuse connections. FuturePass’s login pages answered on the same check. You don’t need a FuturePass to build on The Root Network. New apps sign users in with their own wallet — any EIP-6963 wallet app, MetaMask preferred — and talk to the chain through @therootnetwork/api and @therootnetwork/evm. If you have a FuturePass, you can move what’s in it to your wallet at https://futurepass.trn.codeology.co.nz/wallet/futurepass. The Migration playbook maps each package to its replacement.

3.113.1 Technical notes
3.113.1.1 Why use it
An existing wagmi app that lists FuturePass in its wallet picker. The connector signs through the Futureverse signer, which did not answer at the last check.
3.113.1.2 When to skip it
Any new project: wagmi discovers EIP-6963 wallets (MetaMask included) on its own, and its injected() connector covers the rest.
3.113.1.3 Pairs with
@futureverse/auth— session sourcewagmi— host
3.113.1.4 Alternatives
@gen3labs/futurepass-wagmi-connectors(fork-active) — community fork; same sign-in path, through the gen3labs issuer
3.113.1.5 Example
ts
import { createConfig } from 'wagmi';
import { futurepassConnector } from '@futureverse/wagmi-connectors';
export const config = createConfig({
connectors: [futurepassConnector({ authClient })],
// ...
});3.113.2 Upstream README
3.113.2.1 Futureverse Wagmi Connectors
Provides Wagmi extensions for Futureverse wallets.
Installation

Wagmi Config Setup Example
This example shows how to create a wagmi config with Xaman futureverse wallet connector. The code also uses Futureverse Auth React.
typescript
import { createConfig, http } from 'wagmi';
import { mainnet, sepolia } from 'wagmi/chains';
import { coinbaseWallet, metaMask, walletConnect } from 'wagmi/connectors';
import { root, porcini } from '@futureverse/auth';
import { xamanWallet, futureverseCustodialWallet } from '@futureverse/wagmi-connectors';
const wagmiConfig = createConfig({
chains: [mainnet, sepolia, root, porcini],
connectors: [
futureverseCustodialWallet({ authClient, custodialType: 'email' }),
futureverseCustodialWallet({
authClient,
custodialType: 'facebook',
}),
futureverseCustodialWallet({ authClient, custodialType: 'google' }),
metaMask({
dappMetadata: {
name: 'FuturePass',
},
}),
coinbaseWallet({
appName: 'FuturePass',
}),
...(xamanApiKey
? [
xamanWallet({
apiKey: xamanApiKey,
onQR: xamanOnQRCode,
onSign: xamanOnSigned,
authClient,
flow,
}),
]
: []),
...(walletConnectProjectId ? [walletConnect({ projectId: walletConnectProjectId })] : []),
